With deepest regret HOA will be canceling Surviors Day 2020.

At HOA, our top priority is the health and wellness of our patients, families, staff and community. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, we have made a very tough decision to cancel HOA Survivors Day 2020, which will include both our Auburn June 7th and Liverpool Long Branch Park event  May 31st.

If you have purchased a remembrance plant already, we can refund you or apply this to our event in June 2021. If you would like a refund, please contact Marianne Hatch at 315-472-7504 ext.: 1367. If we do not hear from you, we will apply your request for a plant to 2021 event.

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time as we all work through this together.
