- About Us

A patient mentor is someone who has been through a similar experience, who can answer your questions and/or direct you to answers, no matter the topic, and is willing to listen to and empathize with your fears and concerns. At HOACNY we are fortunate to be able to partner with our local Cancer Connects organization which offers a volunteer patient mentor program. For more information, including applications to receive and/or become a mentor, please
