We are available to help you with any questions or concerns you might have. If you do not know where to turn, please ask one of our staff members, and we will help guide you in the right direction. As a team, we are here to help you any way we can.

For a non-urgent matter, please call the main number, 315-472-7504, and listen to the menu options. We will get back to you within two to four hours.

For Questions and Scheduling Appointments:

  • Call the main number, 315-472-7504, during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and listen to the menu options. 
  • You are also welcome to utilize the patient portal to inquire about your schedule. 

Speaking with a Clinician About a Concern:

  • When you feel ill, please call the office as early as possible in the day. This will allow us to bring you in to the office if necessary.

For Medication Refills:

  • Call your pharmacy first, as they may already have an automated renewal request.
  • You may leave prescription refill requests on the refill request line or through the patient portal.
  • Most prescriptions will be refilled within 24 business hours, but please anticipate up to 48 business hours after the request. Please check with your pharmacy after 5:00 p.m. prior to picking up the refill.

On Weekends and Holidays:        

  • We have a doctor and/or advance practitioner on call 24 hours a day. 
  • Our telephones transfer to the answering service at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and the day before a holiday.
