Intermediate Tai Chi

Tai chi chuan is a mind/body exercise for developing strength and flexibility, a form of moving meditation, and martial art. This class is suitable for intermediate students and above who already have training in Dong style tai chi or related system. In this ongoing weekly class students practice qigong, Dong style slow forms, family fast form, fajing, Hao, weapons, and push hands.
