Each class series combines healthful guided breathing exercises, slow arm stretches, gentle yoga sequences, and selected movement inquiries to help stimulate the immune system; move lymph, improve balance, strength, and flexibility; regain mental focus, reduce fatigue, anxiety, and some of the other side effects of cancer treatment.
