This class from MoKa Yoga focuses on long, juicy stretches supported by props to help you gently release tension and stiffness. We’ll target areas that are often contracted, like those tight spots from sitting all day, and explore how to meet the unique needs of your body. To deepen your relaxation, the class also includes the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, which help quiet the mind and support the body’s natural healing response. Each yin pose is not only accessible during class but also something you can easily incorporate into your routine at home. Come unwind, restore, and give your body the care it deserves in this peaceful and nourishing practice.
