Rest and Recharge

Rest & Recharge is a one-hour class designed to help you unwind and restore your energy. The class begin with guided breathwork to release stress, move into calming meditation to quiet the mind, and close with soothing sound healing to leave you deeply relaxed. No experience needed, just bring yourself and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.
