"I just wanted both of you to know what a wonderful caring nurse Robin is. Last night when I got back from Auburn I was in my office and Dr. Freidman came to me to help a pt and family looking for “Heather” come to find out Heather the RT nurse had been diligently working on pain meds for the patient but as usual the insurance company was the problem.. As I was trying to determine what to do for the family I asked them who their MD was and it happened to be Dr. Churchill. They stated he had prescribed the pain meds and since Heather wasn’t here at the time I took them up to the waiting room to go and try to find a nurse from the pod. Robin happened to be there and took right over trying to figure out what we could do for the patient. She called the pharmacy and straightened it out to get pt at least enough to get him thru until the main script was approved.  Crisis averted!!! I have always been able to go to her and she takes care of the problem.  I love working with her because she exemplifies the mission of HOA.  Patients first above and beyond anything else… " - Gussie
