Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga integrates bio-mechanics relating to movement, which, when applied to yoga poses, makes them safer and more effective. This practice can increase bone density, lean muscle tissue, balance, corrects posture, stabilizes the core and strengthens the spine. We make use of props to support and assist increased effectiveness.
