Full Moon Sound Bath

In the roots of yoga, rest is not aboidance, it's presence. It's a return to awareness. Under the full moon, we take time to be, not just do.  This sound bath invites you to reconnect with that intention. Come lie down, breath deeply, and be held in a space of stillness as sound carries you inward.

Why rest under the full moon? The body needs rest when the energy around us is high. The moon govens tides - and our emotional tides, too. Deep rest helps regulate the nervous system. Stillness creates space for clarity and insight. Yoga teaches us to observe - not react - to shifts in energy.  Sound helps sooth what the mind can't always settle.  Taking time for rest is an act of devotion to self and source.
