Give yourself the gift of vitality with exercise movement that matters for your fitness with a purpose to age by staying active...with the fusion of contemporary yoga forms for flexibility and Pilates-inspired core work, plus the option for more of a challenge by using 3 lb. hand weights (you supply) and a resistance training band I supply. It's a fitness program for STRONG body wellness, flexibility, better balance, better bones, better brains, a healthier, and happier life...let me motivate and inspire you to be an active ager for optimal well being. All ages, shapes and abilities are welcome.
