Tai Chi Beginner Class Tuesday, September 12, 2017 - 8 week session at the Wellness Center 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

Tai Chi is a mind/body exercise which integrates slow, intentional movements with breathing and cognitive skills to help strengthen, relax and coordinate and integrate the physical body and mind and improve health, personal development and self-defense.
