Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the manual soft tissue manipulation that applies pressure to the body with the intention of increasing the health and well-being of the client. The beneficial effects include: relaxation, ease of stress and anxiety, greater range of motion, ease of movement and reduction of lower back pain.  Massages are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm by appointment.

Discover how yoga can further your recovery.  More than a gentle or restorative yoga class, it is tailored or meet survivors' needs at all stages of treatment and recovery.  Each class series combines healthful guided breathing exercises, slow arm stretches, gentle yoga sequences, & selected movement inquiries to help stimulate the immune system; move lymph; improve balance, strength & flexibility; regain mental focus; reduce fatigue, anxiety, and some of the other side effects of cancer treatment.
