When I was a child, I aspired to be an astronaut or mathematician.  In college, I took a course in human physiology which very much intrigued me and I switched to medicine.  It turned out that my mentors in medicine and the two men I respect the most are Hematologists/Oncologists, so that is the direction I headed as well.

I was the first junior partner hired when Dr. Gullo and Dr. DiFino decided to join their individual practices. I was drawn to the quality of their practices.  Today, the people who work at HOA are all so dedicated to taking the best possible care of the patients, both physically and emotionally. Through my work at HOA, I have come to appreciate the strength and courage of the human spirit and the tremendous beauty, loyalty and sensitivity found in many of the relationships I’ve been privileged to witness, whether it is a marriage, a parent, a friend and many others. I have learned to enjoy every day and stopped worrying about the small stuff.

I live in Fayetteville with my wife, to whom I have been happily married for more than 24 years. We have a 20-year-old son who is a sophomore in college and a 17-year-old daughter who is a junior in high school. To unwind, I enjoy exercising, skiing, traveling, and reading.
